★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Mother Lt. Smt. Freny Desai was the founder of her "Dream School" i.e. "Ankur School". She established Ankur School in 1963. This year i.e. 2013 we are going to celebrate 50 years.
“Ankur” means a ‘sprout’ which has branched out into a mighty ‘tree’ today with various faculties like science commerce of both the mediums, Gujarati and English.
Ankur School admits children from all walks of life, from various start of society, with limited abilities and accomplishment; but by the time they finish their schooling and leave the portals of the school, they are all well-groomed with rich values, which would stand them in good stead in their future.
The founder of Ankur School Late Smt. Frenyben Desai strongly believed in communal harmony and inculcated the attributes of moral values among the staff and students. Being an ideal teacher, devoted educationist & a successful director she was a role model in the field of Education.

We are citizen residing behind this school, children are louding all the time and speak abusing language without any reason to citizen of our society. Also they park their vehicles in our society without any rights . We have complained managment many times but they are all not taking any action ever. Ridiculous..

Best faculty and perfect place to study especially science department is perfect...
All the teacher of science, purohit sir, bohra sir, sujal sir are so good. All you need to study is punctuality to studies and also so many friends to be made if be at there...And many more things to experience...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I studied in Ankur High School from 1994 till 1996... Had a great time with my mates and the teaching unit... The science teaching unit was amazing. I have settled in the UK for last 15 years but now coming back to india to look after my parents. I wish to be a part of the singing unit, as, I have been professionally working as a physiotherapist and a singer in the UK
