He helped me push my limits and encouraged me and helped me gain confidence. Sir is a wonderful Instructor and put everyone at ease and engages everyone.Great Experience.

The quality of workouts he provides is just wow. I always struggled with losing weight. But he makes sure that you lose all those extra pounds while enjoying every bit of the journey. The classes aren’t basic ones. They are really unique. I enrolled myself quite a times at gyms etc. I never felt this fulfilling. I’m so happy that I’m in safe hands. His team is so professionally trained. They take care of every small thing. If you’re looking for a place where you not only lose excess weight but also enjoy doing good alternative sessions of bollywood classes, cardio, strength training, stretching etc. then you can go ahead wholeheartedly and with complete trust. Thank you Ankush Sir and the team. More power to you. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ankush kapoor dance academy is a one stop solution for gym, cardio, yoga, zumba and weight loss. I never tried any such classes in past but when i join his class then i start enjoying the sessions as they are full of exciting tasks/exercises and he & his team observe individual participant and motivate everyone a lot during the session. The best part is that they select exercises for individuals after considering their health issues. At present i am taking online sessions and these sessions are so exciting that i wish to attend offline sessions also.
