★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to start your career. You will get good exposure at Anlage. Management is approachable. The company has a beautiful policy of 'Open door' which helps us reach out to the Senior Management anytime.
The Interview process was very smooth. I received timely feedbacks. Compensation given is also at par with the Industry standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been working with Anlage for last 2 years. I really like the general vibes of the office. My manager (Rahul) is also nice and very helpful at times. He has been guiding me through my probation period and after that.
The interview process were straight forward and had only 2 rounds. You will get direct results immediately after the interview itself.
The salary system is also pretty standard as per the industry standards.

He is very disgusting HR I ever met he has zero professionalism.

All those who give 5 ratings are all fake. Don't go with these reviews and think 1000 times before joining this company.

Thara ( team lead) and supriya ( account manager) don't have any knowledge how to handle the team and when u ask your salary they will start misbehaving with you. I suggest don't join this company at all.
