★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service.. they say they will delivery and they never turn up .. after more than 2 weeks without delivery we get a message saying its delivered to us. If we call the office they talk with an attitude and wont resolve our query . Working people have to quit their jobs and wait for the gas to be delivered I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service.. i booked cylinder on 29th Nov 19 and on 11th Dec 19 got a message that its been delivered but I haven't got a cylinder. And I got message that ur Subsidy transfer has been initiated to your bank a/c by BPCL under DBTL Scheme for LPG cylinder delivered by cash memo 93127 of 11/12/2019. I haven't made the payment but how dey can mention Memo no? I personally went to office n explained dem byt the arrogant staff said it ll be delivered in half an hr. Again Next day i went to office same thing happened, today also I personally visit office the same arrogant answer dey given to me. After visiting 4 times my issue was not cleared. Totally the staff's r very rude n arrogant. they say they will delivery and they never turn up .. after more than 2 weeks without delivery we get a message saying its delivered to us. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, every time I get the message that cylinder was delivered, but I don't get any I need to call the delivery guy every time. Office staff doesn't know how to talk to customers. They are asking to give permission to visit the hous now for inspection and threatening to put my connection on hold.
