It's my pleasure to write a review for Spectrum Interior and Mr. Samrat Dey. I was looking for an interior designer to decorate my new flat at Sherwood Estate, Narendrapur, when I found his contact on internet. Initially I was a little bit shaky to trust an interior designer who was completely unknown to me and I had no knowledge about his skills and capabilities. But during our initial conversations, what I liked about him, is the depth of knowledge on various aspects of interior designing and also a strong grip on various construction related matters. So, I started with little bit of apprehension but I am glad that I finished with a great satisfaction. During the work, we discussed almost all the interior related things in detail (e.g. Quality, Cost, Looks, Value for Money etc.), and now it has almost become my habit to consult him for any kind of work in my house (be it in electrical, furniture, colors, even electronic appliances for my home). One more thing I liked about this work is the 'After Sales Service', which was always a concern on my mind before I started the interior work, but thanks to Mr. Dey and his team, they are just a phone call away for any kind of help or emergency. Overall I am pretty much satisfied with the interior work and thankful to Mr. Dey and his team for the same. Wish you all the best. Cheers......

I have purchased a Flat in Narandrapur Area. It is a 3 BHK flat. I am working a multinational company and I have to travel a lot. So it was very difficult for me to get decorated the new house. Thanks to Anmol Decore, specially Mr.Dey help me a lot in this regard. I must appreciate the innovative thinking of them and very well equipped skill workmanship make my dream comes in live in front of me. I must say great work.

It was a fantastic idea when Mr. Samrat Dey first shared his interior skills with plan. His dedication and commitment on time, made totally changed the outlook of my house. I never thought of such a wide space will appear inside my rooms. Your work culture, quality of materials, commitment on time and skilled workers, really impressive. Thanks Mr. Dey. I must recommend you to my all friends to get the best touch in their interiors.

Having Superb workmanship and a great gentleman is Mr. Samrat Dey. You can trust him blindly for his work and he is always ready to listen to the suggestion of the flat owners. We had looked at many interior decorators before selection anmol but we are extremely happy that we chose him to do our apartment interiors.

First a few words of appreciation, he provided good materials for the money he charged, but in a normal circumstance in a honest environment and from the experience of living in different countries for the last 15 years. i believe this is not much to ask. It was the biggest mistake to hire this person (Samrat Dey from Anmol Decor) to do the interiors on my flat. He made our lives miserable for 1 year. After getting 90% of the full amount he quoted, he left the work incomplete without completing one full room, giving false excuses and lie that I verbally abused him, where the fact was I never said any such thing to him. Later, l had to hire someone else to complete his work and clean his mess. At first, Samrat Dey said he needed 3 months to complete all work on my apartment but he couldn’t complete even in 8 months and he left it incomplete. I took a bank loan for the interiors which I have to repay over 15 years for the work he did, which is not even lasting 12 months. He fixed tiles on top of other tiles which have already fallen apart within a year (see picture below). Many lights in the house have already stopped working. He is not even willing to repair these defects which occurred only a few months after he completed the work. I am really worried if other parts of the house start to fall apart. He stopped answering my phone and blocked me in whatsapp a year ago. He is taking undue advantage of me being an NRI and my parents being old. We agreed to some design and he provided something completely different. His lacklustre, laid back and negligent approach towards work is baffling. He left the job incomplete which had serious repercussions on my family. That idea disturbs me, this shows his audacity and damn care attitude. I requested him ample times to complete the work since l have paid so much in excess already, but he didn’t agree. He had caused enormous financial loss to me and lot of harassment to my old parents who stayed in rented accommodation for 5 months and finally had to move in to the incomplete flat. I am amazed how people like this sleep peacefully at night with all that malice in them. I should have posted this a year ago when he first started to harass us, but my wife and l have been extremely patient with him for the past 1 year but now since he is not even willing to fix the defects in his work such as the kitchen tiles which have fallen apart and the lights which are still in warranty period, he has surpassed all the limits and further dealing with him has become unbearable for us. Highly insincere and dishonest attitude towards me has left me dissatisfied to the core.

I am thankful to Anmol Decor for taking initiative to rejuvenate a nearly seventy years old apartment which needed a huge renovation. When I approached Mr. Samrat Dey, I was particularly impressed about the excellent ideas which he came up with the interiors of the house. The choice of wood, eye soothing colour, strategically fitted lights, space saving furnitures- In fact he took care of every detail to re shape the place. Being an Engineer by himself, he has a thorough knowledge and academic expertise for construction of brick/ concrete structure. The time management for a scheduled work was perfect. We often had a long discussion about the plans, and it was always a mutual decision. Although he do make me convince with a better plan whenever and wherever needed. I found his employees tremendously hard working, well behaved, well coordinated and, excellent craftsmen. -- Today, the end result is an absolute delight, and indeed a dream come true.
