★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In first visit, service experience was very bad. Receipionist was on leave. Two sales executives were busy talking to each other. Did not even bother to attend the customer until I asked them if any sales executive is available. I was made to sit in a small room by the office boy who started the tv with the expectation that I should watch the video clip of all Wadhwa projects, without even giving me a choice ??? Even when my requirement is 3 bhk as per executive's choice he first showed me 2.5 bhk flat. And explained how we can convert it into 3 bhk? Is it really advisable to move the walls of flat ?

It's contraction is very nice and here you can easily reached railway station without using any vehicles within 10 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good residential place. Very costly. Every body can't afford.if you look down from balcony or window, can see, old tenaments, around. Only one skyrise building is seen. Others are far off. Very good skyline is visible. Flats are big. Lobby is very big. Many lifts.
Swimming pool. Gym. Child park, jogging tract. Available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most unaccepting society for pets. If you are an animal lover refrain from considering this as your accomodation. I have been a resident here for 2 years and have decided to move based on the nature/attitude of the residents at large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend has 2.5 Bhk some 980sqft carpet. Excellent planning. Good area and vibes. Only parking slots were narrow with huge columns.
All in all good planning, sufficiently spacious, lots of lifts, green area. Definitely on my list if and when I'd consider buying a flat.
