★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad place to purchase any vehicle select any other honest dealer. He fill excess amount in loan without knowing customers. Please check loan documents properly.
Down payment + loan dispersed = vehicle price (bank charges extra but he charge more then actual bank charges)
* He charge bank charges more then actual bank charges.
* Also add some excess amount in loan amount.
* Vehicle Insurance agent also he is. means commission on insurance also he gets
* Loan agent also he is. Means loan commission he gets.
Moral of the story is that he is lootu dealer. Beware of Anmol TVS

THEY DON'T KNOW ABOUT CHAIN LUBRICATION
MAKING THEIR CUSTOMERS FOOL IS THEIR WORK.
DUPLICATE ENGINE OIL , POOR SERVICE EVER!
I SUGGEST ANYONE WHO WANTS TO GO HERE , YOU CAN DO GOOD SERVICE BY YOURSELF AT YOUR HOME ALSO. NO NEED TO GO HERE AND WATCH THEM MISGUIDING YOU WITH FRIENDLY BEHAVIOUR AND DESTROYING YOUR BIKE WITH THEIR DUPLICATE ENGINE OIL.. MY BIKE IS NOW OVERHEATING ALOT DUE TO THIS. AND I SERVICE MY BIKE LAST MONTH FROM HERE
PUTTING SIMPLE OIL ON CHAIN IS WHAT THEY CALL CHAIN LUBRICATION
POOR SERVICE EVER! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
WILL NOT SURVIVE ALOT.
MIND MY WORDS MAN.

1. They do not have expertise to understand and fix critical problems. If you need basic services like oil change and washing then only you visit here.
2. They do not fix and not even check the problems you mention at time of giving the vehicle for repair.
3. They misguide the customer. My 3 critical problems were not even checked and not fixed, still they call me and tell me take the vehicle and say your vehicle is ready. When you reach there, vehicle is still not ready, they will make you wait.
4. They don't have all the important parts of repair. They will ask you to give few days time as part will be available on order.
They are defaming and damaging the name of TVS. Do not trust your vehicle in their hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Will never recommend anyone to buy any vehicle from here. We bought 5 bikes from here for our company. 1. Bikes are of very poor quality not at all durable instead one should buy platina which is very better bike than tvs bikes. 2. No knowledge of documents, Its been 5 months they are still completing documentation for loan and not providing Rc. 3. Customer care doesnt pick up phone after giving bike for repair or service nobody is attending calls and are not even repairing bike. Very poor service and management never buy a vehicle from here its total waste of money
