★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional people....Today while purchasing a bottle of ghee, one of the small ghee bottles accidentally fell down and broke. It was a plastic bottle and still it broke. They asked me to pay for it stating they cannot bear the loss. This is Highly pathetic customer service I have come across. The best part is it was their own brand of ghee which broke into pieces which suggests the quality of bottle they are selling ghee into. I was a fool having bought things from them...need to relook my decision of going there again. Absolutely unhappy and dissatisfied with their customer service. Mr. Owner if you are reading this, please correct yourselves as such accidents do happen and such loss is a part of business which owners have to bear, not the customer

rates are reasonable, staff is polite, hygine level is also good.
shop lacoated in giriraj horijon, which is easier to reach by public transport, parking facility is also available there.
