★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the agency are very cordial and helpful. We got a transfer of gas account and the entire process was completed in just one visit. In fact, over telephonic conversation, the dealer had also provided with the option of sending the documents online if in case we did not want to visit the office. It was a hassle free experience.
P.S. As of today, ie. 13/11/20, there is work going on in front of the agency. I'd suggest those visiting to be careful while walking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the pathetic service and people I have ever seen. I have booked for refill and it been more than a week and I am still waiting. Whenever I called them no response most of the time it shows switch off and when they respond they will speak arrogantly. If you ask for more they will say buy more cylinder so we can keep a stock at home. Absolutely frustrated don 't know where to complaint. Again you guys, Provide at least basic service first.
NOTE: we have ran out of gas now for more than 3 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have applied for new gas connection. Paid approx 5500rs (they asked for cash). They handed over small slip. No bill / invoice received (surprisingly). Upon inquiring I was told to come after 7-10days. And was told delivery will happen in next 2days.
Apart from this, staff has been attentive and responsive. So I am giving.mix review. Will revise to positive once I receive my delivery and invoice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider. Take around 15 to 20 days to deliver a cylinder and that's too after several phone calls. Technical support is also very pathetic. Dont even think to choose this agency for your new connection.
