★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanna put more then 5⭐️. I would highly recommend Annu’s creations to everyone. This people are great kind and helpful. Annu was on maternity leave so i work with her assistant Guddi and she did great job with our outfits. I placed order on what’s up video call so i was not expecting perfect fit outfits but i was wrong. Every outfit looks outstanding with perfect fit for me and my husband. Great job Annus and her team.!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I honestly don’t know where to start, Annuben is like a family now. She is the most down-to-earth and kindhearted person I’ve ever worked with. It was really hard during the Covid to not being able to travel to India to shop for my sister's wedding because we wanted to get all the outfits customized and we wanted matching outfits to my sister's outfits for all the events but Annuben and her team made that really easy for us. Words can’t express how much their support and love has helped plan all the outfits for my sister's wedding, we got so many compliments on all our outfits and all eyes were on the bride side for sure ? Annuben and her team always answer our early morning calls and were so sweet about everything thing we had asked for. Thank you, thank you, thank you from bottom of my heart ?? we love you guys ?

Staff was very helpful through out the ordering process. Ordering was so easy and comfortable. We received the best service. They even helped us on how to wear the outfits in details on videocall. We received the best product with really good quality material.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their outfit designs but I do NOT love their service. If you are abroad, I do NOT recommend. I've been shopping for my wedding outfits in India online from the United States, and my mother in law and I have realized that Annu's Creation staff are unprofessional in setting and keeping appointments - when we each set a time with them, they continually postponed. We both reached out separately to see if we could get quicker and more attentive responses as she wanted to buy outfits for my father in law and brother in law as well.
We have shopped in other places in India online, so we understand that appointments can run late. Annu's creation repeatedly has had planned photoshoots on the days that they agreed to speak with us, which they knew about in advance and still committed to attending our calls.
When I finally did get a chance to speak to them on the phone, I did not get to meet with Annu who I was supposed to meet with. Instead, Annu was speaking so loudly on another phone call that I couldn't even hear the lady that I was speaking with. After showing me three garba outfits, the lady and Annu asked "is it final?" without answering any of my questions in the WhatsApp chat, such as the price and the material. I got quicker responses from Instagram from them than I did from WhatsApp, which is frustrating because on Instagram, they tell you to contact them through WhatsApp for information, and then answer only the last question that you asked.
For people like me who are shopping from another country, it's important to have information such as what material the outfit is made of because I'm not in person to check it out. For my bridal garba, it's important to me that the outfit isn't too heavy and material isn't stiff.
I'm sure it's a different situation if you are in person or in India. I have heard great things about them and even have a friend from India who had a great in-person experience. It's unfortunate for those of us who do not live in India and can't travel due to COVID to be unable to have proper conversations with them.
Overall, I am disappointed in their service, and I will be looking for my bridal garba outfit elsewhere.

Annu and her team has been great to work with despite being international. It was such an amazing feeling to get to choose how I wanted certain outfits and it coming out even more gorgeous than I imagined upon seeing the final product. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING! I have ordered from here three times, already! The customer service is really good, they took online measurements and the fitting was exact, didn’t even need to open a stitch. They are very accommodating and very good timely service!
The quality is very high and elegant, everyone complimented and loved the outfits! The best part is that Anu creates the exact item you want, no need to worry if it won’t meet your expectations, it will exceed them!!
I HIGHLY recommend buying from Anu, it is worth every penny!

I live Abroad and I placed my orders online, I never had any problems with ordering or receiving cloths. I ordered lot of outfits and each time team was there to help me out. Quality of clothes was amazing. This was the best Desinger cloths I have ever received. I definitely recommend Annu’s creation. Great costumer service and amazing team. They are very polite and they handle costumer very respectfully. Can’t wait to visit the store and shop in person. Now I will buy my each outfit from Annu’s creation. Loveeeee it ❤️
