★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a loyal Ankohi customer, have always loved their clothing. But this particular store is not good, the store owner is a rude lady who will shout at the top of her voice. I regularly visit Anokhi stores, and stay in Noida so the location is convenient for me. However, now I have stopped going to Anokhi in Mall of India and prefer The Khan market store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is rude and really needs to shut the damn store down before someone throws a brick through the display and break the store out of frustration. She judges you for your body shape, clothing and the store doesn’t carry anything above a large. It’s a shame Anokhi the brand is letting this particular outlet operate after so many bad reviews asking them to shut it down. Disgusted, disturbed and extremely upset with the store. DONT GO HERE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Harrowing experience at this store, courtesy the inhospitable and rude staff. Not only were they non-cooperative but they were also lazy and inconsiderate. How much effort does it take to enforce the customer is always right rule? It seems Anokhi is truly living up to its name, being ‘unique’ in the sense that they’re a business built on diving away paying customers. Nonsense branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store owner of this particular Anokhi store is particularly rude and the staff are equally unhelpful. While I’ve always loved the prints at Anokhi the customer service of the Mall of India was very poor, I tried enquiring about more sizes and was met with judgemental looks by the staff. I know that Anokhi does have bigger sizes as I’ve previously purchased from them before. This staff in the store did not seem to even want to look for the sizes all the while the store owner created a very inhospitable environment. Funnily enough, I was the only customer in the store the entire time was there, you would think they would want to help me to make a sale. I was much happier spending my money at Kilol and Global Desi who had friendlier staff. The store owner, if you’re reading this, please work on your store manners in the future. Anokhi you have lost a very loyal customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anokhi is known for its prints and it's beautiful collections of textile wear and accessorise such as pouches and notebooks. But it seems to be building a reputation amongst customers for their rude behaviour. I would have expected the store manager to hire people with a welcoming behaviour and a warm atmosphere for all types of customers but all they seem to do was silently judge customers for their body and clothes. When asked for assistance or whether they had a larger size they seemed to fall short and made no efforts to accommodate us. Due to their narrow minded judgement they have earned themselves a bad reputation, and in the coming days they won't do well if they don't change their behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting this store ruined my day, not only are there not enough plus sized clothes (the largest size being 'large', and that too, being hard to find) but the clothes that were plus sized had the ugliest pattern and the dullest colours. It seemed as if the store only caters to thin people. The management was terrible and did not help us in the slightest, even though we were the only customers in the store. The store manager was very unhelpful and made everyone very uncomfortable. I would never recommended this store
In fact, I would actively advise against visiting it.
