★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand every store has its own unique covid policy, but anokhi is being downright ridiculous. They wouldn't allow in-store trials or return/ exchange. I can understand denying one of the two things,but both? With recent changes in my measurements, i couldn't gauge the best fit by just looking and putting the clothes against my body. The staff tried being helpful by taking measurements and comparing, which resulted in repeated close contact, more dangerous than allowing in store trials! Extremely disappointed because i went ready to splurge. Their loss, i guess. Back to online shopping for me from other stores ( oh yea anokhi still doesn't have online shopping services). Should just keep the store shut if thats how they want to go about it. Would have saved me an hour of travelling atleast.
