They call it as 2 bhk flat. But the size of the room is too less. You can find a bigger room for similar rent in nearby areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place at good price. Decent rooms with regular room cleaning. Food place is just downstairs with free room delivery. The staff is helpful and friendly and problems are rectified actively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I visit this place for accommodation I can tell you that if you're going to take a room here then go for AC rooms because Non AC room is somehow suffocated and I don't think that one cooler(which is provided by PG) is enough for two persons in that type of room. Otherwise it's a good place for accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These apartments have a hall and two rooms . The room which have inbuilt washroom is small and the one with no washroom inside is larger. The washroom for that room is in the hall. Although the rooms are fine. The management is unacceptable. The house cleaning does not happen periodically. They come whenever they like sometimes not even once a week. If you have a problem like bulb is fused or the socket in your room is not working....things like that....they will take weeks to solve these things and in special cases even months. And the WiFi is good if your room is getting a signal even if your room has the range , the frequent electricity outages will make your life hell as the wifi will be disconnected for that time and than you will have to wait for additional 5 mins after the light comes which is really annoying. They also have a manual generator so the switching is very slow from the main line to generator and vice versa. The water is so salty here that the scales will appear in your buckets and cups.
If the management and services would have been better, it had the potential to be a nice accommodation but now it is a mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt the best place and the owner is well behaved and professional. Security is tight.
Clean and tidy rooms..best part for me was parking. I could park my Bike safely within the building.
Food is perfect.
Overall..this is a P.G which i can recommend to all.
Had a wonderful experience.
