★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst firm ever.. The highest authority does not know how to respect females.. The management is HOPELESS.. Inhumane people.. They do not treat employees equally..No growth.. The only and only so called best thing about anovip is POLITICS.. From top to bottom one will experience politics.. Here more than work people are more concerned with the personal life of employees.. It seems like we are in school and not in a law firm.. At the time of appraisal, the management play games in order not to give a standard hike.. Management just blame without even listening to employees.. The most highest authority does not have dressing sense and expects the employees to wear proper clothes.. They do not trust the employees at all.. No proper canteen.. Actually dirty canteen.. Employees take coffee or tea in broken cups.. I have actually experienced..
