★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible to say the least. Those looking to buy in Ansal Aquapolis, this place has atleast 5 years for it to be worth living. It is totally haphazard without any roads, street lights, lane indicators etc. Nothing that you can find a reason to live in this locality. Ansals are developing this locality in partnership with some Sushant group and both of them seem least interested to develop this place fast. My suggestion would be to stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good but builder has purchased big chunk of land he not able maintain basic sanity like road etc. the independent plot builder has sold people are forced to live in almost jungle.
Since land belong to builder Gaziabad authority has no accountability there, buyers are forced to live in poor infra.
