★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No maintenance by Ansal, poor road conditions full with potholes, roads not being repaired by Ansal, poor security with frequent thefts, frequent under ground electricity cable faults, electricity cables dangerously lying in open waiting for some serious accident to happen, poor cleaning, no staff available for cleaning the roads, polythenes lying every where. Ansal only interested in collecting the monthly maintenance charges. Hell like living conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ansal 114 mohali is very beautiful and calm place to live. Light and water facility is very good. Open area is huge and other society in kharar Landran Road can compete this society. Very nice and generous people live together in this society. I really love to spend time in Ansal 114.

Uninterrupted Power Supply usually unless there is a Fault. Its More Beautiful Than My Choicest Locale in Gurgaon Malibu Towne. Peaceful. Secure. Awesome.
