NOTICE TO THE SHAREHOLDERS (MEMBERS) OF THE COMPANY
NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with General Circular No.14/2020 dated the 08th April 2020, General Circular No.17/2020 dated the 13th April, 2020 and General Circular No.20/2020 dated the 05th May, 2020 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Notice for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company including Annual Report for the financial year ended 2019-20 shall be provided to the Members of the Company only through the electronic mode.
Members holding Equity shares in physical form and who have not registered their email ID and other details shall get the same registered with Company / RTA in order to receive Notice for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company including Annual Report for the financial year ended 2019-20 in electronic mode. To avail this facility, the shareholders are required to go through the link viz. https://linkintime.co.in/emailreg/email_register.html to register their email IDs, mobile numbers and bank account details. Members holding shares in Demat mode but not registered email id or other details with DP, are requested to register his/her Email id to the respective DP permanently or can register his/her Email id or other details through the above URL temporarily to receive said Annual report/Notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic services. Road in G block, sector 57, gurgaon are in really bad condition. No one to look after. They don't bother to do anything. There is water logging in front of house. Lot of garbage getting accumulated but no one comes to pick it.
Their electricity board does not pick the call as well.
They are not delivering what they promised to give.
