★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This society is situated in the last end corner of Avantika Extension-II in Ghaziabad...there is no transportation to reach till Shastri Nagar Bus stand which is 3 KM from this society...construction quality is very poor...even the roads are pathetic...you need to bear every day the noise of around 10-15 trains which passes by Mahrauli railway station as this society is just 20 Meters from railway track...pl think twice before buying or taking on rent some flats in this society
