★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am going to change my review from 2 stars to 1 star. They have pathatic sevice. They took many more days than what they promised and after few days of use I started getting problem with my car. I wasn't able to start my car because of battery problem and I did ask them to work on it. Both the indicators stopped working. They claimed to be Maruti Suzuki Authorized service centre but I don't think they are. It's not satisfactory... Please don't take your car there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only authorised service centre in Naini. The manager good. Location OK. Need to improve on in terms of infrastructure. No service for NEXA cars. Surprisingly Maruti claims highest service centres but till date no centre in Naini, Prayagraj. I wish Anshuman manager to take note and increase its customer base in Naini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was no rush in the festive time also , so I got to visit there . Although Service provided was prompt & it seem alright in the starting but later on after one week my engine started heating too much , then i got to know that the coolant box filled with coolant was missing from the bonnet, don't know how it happened. Later on my brakes started giving clumsy sound on applying it , don't know whether the brake were original or a copy I doubt . Got oil filter also changed later in authorised Maruti sales & service centre . I doubt the parts used are genuine or first copy. Not overall good experience . Wouldn't visit again.
