The standard of cleanliness is very high and the building has 5 floors of parking .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not a cosmopolitan building. The only building in Mumbai that does not have landline or DTH service. Has a tiny play area. No amenities. Is a Redeveloped building. Nothing fancy about it! The area gets flooded during every monsoon. The place is polluted and crowded. The good points are the shops in the vicinity.
