★ ★ ★ ★ ★ •I lost my aunt(Maasiji) in the early hours of the morning on the 28th of Jan 2022 and everything just slid into chaos within me.
•Amidst the deep abysmal feeling that such a loss throws up in one's soul I was trying to keep my head above water by trying to toggle between running to n from the Emergency Ward to my house, cold-calling for doctor/s & panicking thinking about arranging the requisite ambulance, hearse,last rite paraphernalia etc all the while dealing with the acute loss that had occurred.
•During this upheaval, I started cold-calling through Google for assistance and I serendipitously connected with Rakesh Shaw of AntimSathi.I explained my situation and the reciprocity just blew my mind. Most importantly his calmness in the situation just centered me... as the day unfolded everything I mentioned above and was stressing about was seamlessly taken care of by Rakesh effectively, with an attitude of humility born of empathy.I had heard that Leadership filters down heirarchies but this was the first time that I experienced it. All the people that I connected with from Rakesh's team bore that same empathy coupled with laser like precision to execute their job to the hilt and stayed with me till all the necessary services required of a Hindu Funeral were successfully completed.
•I am deeply Thankfull to Rakesh to provide such an important service at the final hour of a human beings life and to act like a guide and a voice of reason during it.
•Lastly Rakesh is a man of his word- "he delivers to the 'T'."
•I Highly recommend Rakesh Shaw and AntimSathi to anyone looking for such assistance.
