★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic place. I wish could give negative rating here. They are using the name of LOOKS chain. Burnt my lips with wax. And didn’t even apologise after making mistake. They have hired unskilled girls. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Completely messed my eyebrows. DO NOT go to this place ever. Waste of money and unprofessional staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be very clear with the charges. Clarify before hand what they are doing and what they will charge.
At least twice it happened that prices were changed at run time and the reason given was that we used something of premium quality, or you asked for special hair cut for which price is different.
Also queing is not professional, they will tell you to wait for 15 minutes and makes you wait an hour.
