★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flat booked in Year 2011 but no hope of delivery even in 2018. The project has been sealed by GDA since May 2017. The land development and compounding charges of Rs 27 crore to be paid by Raksha Vigyan Samiti to whom land belongs. Antariksh group did not disclose these things to buyers. So project is on hold. No hope for early completion.
