Anubhav Vacations - Mumbai

Amritsar -Dharamshala-Dalhousie (Rest of Himachal) - 19th - 28th March This was my second tour with Anubhav Travels and we had the most remarkable family tour with them. All the plannings were up to the mark. The hotel arrangements, amenities, staff service, sightseeing all were amazing. Food was over the top phenomenal! A weekly no repeat menu to pamper your taste buds, not to miss out on local pahadi food, momos, himachal menu in the list. Transportation arrangements were good. The Driver (Mr. Singh) was very co-operative and polite. His driving was just excellent and safe. Not only everything was perfect, but we felt, in every instance, that our tour manager Mr. Sumant Pednekar truly cared about us, both the kids and adults, and did his best to make this trip memorable. He was helpful, considerate, well knowledged and looked after us well, even if it meant servicing beyond their regular duties. For my 5 year old kid, Mr. Pednekar personally ensured her care and well being throughout the journey ensuring we enjoyed our 'Safar' ?. One of the most high spirited tour manager we have ever come across. Quick Suggestion 1. Golden Temple at Amritsar is a crowded place during festival time. We visited on 20th March (Lohri). Being heavily crowded we missed out on Darshan due to long queue. It was little disappointing as it's once an opportunity. If such dates could be figured out in advance and the itinerary is planned accordingly (days adjusted), it could help tourist visit and enjoy hassle free Darshan. All in all, a memorable trip and fantastic अनुभव. Looking forward for future destinations.

Spending holiday with Anubhav Vacations was an awesome experience. I loved the hospitality and all the services I received during the tour. Food was tasty and lip smacking and got different varieties of food during day and night time. Got to taste local food items also. The tour guides Nilesh and Durgesh helped us throughout out the tour and also to mention the drivers were helpful during the tour. Our family went on Rest of Himachal Pradesh Tour through Anubhav during the period 20th April 2022 to 28th April 2022. The tour manager for this tour was Mr Sumant Pednekar, an experienced veteran. This was an excellent tour experience. Mr.Pednekar personally ensured that everyone was comfortable, even special needs of food were well taken care of. I will recommend tour with Anubhav is a must for those who are itching to go on tour and do not want any hassles with tour organisers. Our family was extremely happy with stay, food, bus, travel, their coverage of sites, bus driver, bus condition.

Thank you Anubhav Team for giving us a wonderful Bundelkhand Awadh (Varanasi) tour. Things we liked: 1. In Anubhav office, Manish described the tour so lucidly that we joined in on the spot and also invited our friends to join with us. 2. Our tour leaders Nilesh and Chetan seemed to have perennial energy, enthusiasm and people skills and looked after us very well, making us comfortable and happy, at times even by going beyond their normal duties and responsibilities. For example, Nilesh provided exceptional assistance to one of our lady members in recovering her lost purse at Ramraja mandir in Orchha and steered her successfully through police formalities and press nuisance. 3. Selected hotels were good everywhere. Amar Mahal, Tendu Leaf and Lebua were luxurious with beautiful ambience. 4. The idea of having home lunch at Orchha was imaginative. The event was well organised and the food was good with unique local flavour and taste. The host's kitchen was clean and brilliantly organised and maintained. 5. Local guides at Gwalior, Orchha and Khajuraho were  knowledgeable and explained the  details clearly, passionately and patiently. Suggestions for Improvement: 1. Find out local constraints in advance and plan the programme accordingly. Gwalior palace and Kashi Vishwanath temple were closed / inaccessible on planned visit day /time. 2. We liked Orchha and after seeing the sightseeing list displayed at Amar Mahal, we wished that we could have spent more time in Orchha. It will be good to have a two nights stay in Orchha to have more sightseeing. 3. (Key suggestion) The road journey from Panna to Lucknow was a long 12-hour torturous journey. We made the mistake of taking the kutchha shortcut when a highway was available right from Tendu Leaf. We did save some kilometres but spent at least 50 minutes more on torturous kuchha road. Later, the truck traffic on Kanpur highway made us slow down considerably and made the journey tiring and boring. We took the tea halt after we joined the Delhi Kanpur Lucknow Express way and that proved to be a bit too long a stretch without a break. It is suggested to have only a Bundelkhand tour, dropping Panna Lucknow road journey, if connectivity to Mumbai improves from Khajuraho or consider traveling back from Panna to Jhasi or Gwalior for returning to Mumbai. 4. Lucknow was disappointing. Though visit to Bada and Chota Imamwada was good, visit to Residency was tiring and not much enjoyable. We did not take a walk tour in Lucknow because everyone was too tired after the Panna Lucknow road journey. We did taste Lucknow kababs at Dastarkhwan. The food was good but the place was a bit too sophisticated to provide the pleasure of having street food on the street. Luchnow guide seemed to have good knowledge but his narration style lacked lucidity. If Lucknow is included, it will be necessary to have a better sightseeing itinerary with a more expressive guide. 5. Lebua hotel at Lucknow had an exceptional aristocratic heritage ambience but the rooms were too small. It is worth while to explore the possibility of getting better rooms at Lebua. 6. The staff at Art hotel at Varanasi was friendly and helpful but lacked professional training. The rooms were of acceptable quality with a nice courtyard in front but lacked some basic amenities . The food was good. Anubhav Team may like to advise the Arc hotel to be more professional. 7. We used our hotels as transit accomodation only. It would have been nice if we had a short conducted property tour at Amar Mahal and Tendu Leaf. 8. We spent too much time in photography, especially in taking lot of group photos. It will be desirable to have a better time management by limiting activities such as frequent group photography. And finally, I would like to state that despite some observations for improvement, I am a fully satisfied customer of Anubhav - in fact not only satisfied but also a delighted customer - who is looking forward to having the next tour soon with Anubhav. Anubhav's Coastal Karnataka tour is awesome. Stay at Green world resort was fantabulous. Food...both veg / nonveg was very yummy....home cooked. All the spots enjoyed thoughrouhly... especially Unchalli waterfalls, Murudeshwar, Yana caves, Jog falls, sahastralinga, Banwasi etc

Excellently planned and executed trip to Kashmir, very exciting and enjoyed thoroughly, from hospitality and food to locations and spots selected to visit , indeed satisfying experience and also very good opportunities for photography. Liberty of time given to photograph to heart's content resulting in making of beautiful photographs. Thanks to the entire Anubhav team for executing the trip to perfection.

Good morning! As compared to charges/ subscription taken by your tourist company, it is good but not best. Many changes required. But one thing is very clear that personnel working in your company are really good & their cooperative nature is definitely appreciable. Following things required: 1. When Lunch/ dinner is provided, please provide hand gloves to working personnel. 2. Meanwhile sweets are provided, if possible, give in packed format. 3. Give instructions to staff that while distributing/ allocating food stuff, no item should be consumed by staff members in the frount of tourist .They distribute items with consumed hands. This is not hygienic. 4.Out of 100, I will provide 80, as Mark's.

A very exciting experience at Green World Resort, Sirsi, Karnataka during 30.05.22 to 07.05.22. Situated over 10 acres of land with thick forest a like plenty of trees , nature's beauty was at it's best. During our stay, Anubhav Travels took very good care of our group with human touch. All the seven days food served was delicious and with lots of variety. Staff was very supportive n cooperative. It was a relaxed tour . One must visit this place to experience the service of Anubhav Travels, good quality of food and proper management of tour itinerary.
