★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice location. One could see the sunset from this place. They have many residential plots for sale. The land is located such that you can see the mountain line far away. You could see the setting sun through these mountains.

Being a one of plot owner suffering from years for getting Club house, security,light,water..!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls don't buy plots here don't waste your precious hard earned money, here no street lights no water provision, layout owners are very careless they don't even bother if plot owners call them to complaint, about light and water basic needs. I dont recommed this plots to buy here.

Builders have given made lots of commitment but nothing has been executed i.e club house construction, swimming pool, kids play area.
Please dont invest hard earn money here..

Someone has put a land litigation to builder which is in court now. It's difficult to sell property for existing owners! Think twice before buying

IMPORTANT:- COURT CASE ON PROPERTY !!! PENDING CLUB HOUSE SINCE 2013 — 8 years lol!!!
My experience and analysis:
Although executive there, is really an excellent person and very good in terms of suggesting plots and well mannered, but unfortunately the builders are not doing justice to the property and he has barely any point to sell. ONLY COMMITMENT!!!
No development, pending work with Clubhouse and amenities. Property launched at 2015 still not completed for handover.
