★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Note This Review is Not as Revenge, But Nobody should suffer like us and all the below points are personal Experiences:I have hosted a Birthday Party of my Daughters 01st Birthday in Anugraha Party Hall for 80 Members and i Haven't seen such worst kind of Management anywhere and we faced following issues with them:
1. Hall was Big, But they have Dumped old chairs, Clothes and Tarpaulins in Hall only, If you ask about it, Nobody will answer
2. They wont Switch ON AC, Until unless you ask and everybody felt Uncomfortable during party and we insisted Hotel Authorities to turn ON the AC & We got Irresponsible answer saying, let people Gather and then we will Turn
3. You will feel Heat, even though AC is Turned ON and Those AC's will not work properly and personally I have Checked it
4. All the below Reviews are not matching in Realty
Biggest Blunder of these Guys is Irresponsible Answer given to Guest
1. Not Served Food properly to Guests and we got feedback from our guests saying that if they ask for Any food, They are becoming Aggressive
2. When i Identified this Behaviour, I spoke to In charge regarding and I got Reply saying that" We Cannot Serve Multiple Times" and They should ask once. I cannot think What kind of Idiots these Guys are and they are not Concerned about Guests Hospitality
3. Food was very bad and Most of the Guests felt not to have food and My Mother didn't have food and she left in between
4. They have served the food which they are selling in Ground Floor as Plate Meals and Food was not worth for the Money we have paid
5. All you can see is their arrogance and their poor Hospitality if you are planning your Function in this Hall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a relative's engagement ceremony. It's on the main road with road side parking. It's veg restaurant on the ground floor with party hall for small occasions for about 50 - 100 people for moving crowd. Veg food is good enough. It has a tiny staircase and tiny elevator or lift. 2nd floor button doesn't work inside the lift.
