Anukampa Group is a wonderful group, with excellent team. It was my pleasure buying my first apartment from Anukampa Group. Not just this they have an amazing team, i got full attention when i went on site with the team. Thank a lot people for everything. it was my pleasure doing business with you.

Their construction quality is excellent, They have well behaved team. My family got timely possession. Location vise their projects are so competitive yet so different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest and non- trusted builder, check with real buyers and their projects in-person. They always did fake promises use people hard money for another project. Time of completion more than double time, they given in written.

Delay in completion.
Changes in amenities
Compromised with construction, changed quality of construction.
Forget luxuries, it's better to shift in housing board houses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 1 flat in Anukampa Platina Terraces / Anukampa Sky Lunges in Jan 2015. This was my biggest mistake, the builder committed to deliver the project in 42 months max but now it’s been 85 months but still project is incomplete.
Builder has launched few projects after this and completed as well, but this project is still pending.
Mr. Prashant Gupta the builder has shown in brochures that this will be luxurious project whereas the quality delivered is below housing board.
I suggest please don’t fall in trap of Anukampa group they always misrepresent and over commit and deliver pathetic.
