★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic useless society library is of no use kids are playing in the library. Personal meetings are going on always in library. Even the people responsible for this not picking up calls. Useless pathetic society. They just show the facility but don’t let you use facilities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Electricity problem. Sometimes current goes of for days, leaving no alternative but to leave the society and rent a hotel in summers
2. Kitchen (as seen in 1000 sq ft 2bhk) is very small. It could've been bigger by making the living room smaller. Whosoever has suggested the kitchen ro be this small is perhaps from a society where only women cook and treated as objects. However it's none of my business as we live on rent.
3. Swimming pool is too shallow and small. If you're an adult and like to swim for fitness, it's not for you.
4. Build quality not very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One Star is more than what it deserve. For any realtor, the visitors are as important as the owners are. Of course the visitors are the only people who are prospective buyers of the properties. During this corona period, precautionary measures everyone understands, but at all other Group a proper parking place is made available exclusive for visitors but at Anukampa group you need to park almost in a drainage area.
I had a never seen such treatment anywhere in Jaipur. Anukampa group treats visitors atleast altogether very badly. Further their duty ends in recording the details of visitor , no guidance for direction.
