★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nisha is totally a big liar. This establishment tells you to come this day and then she does not have the items ready. She delivers stuff that we have not even spoke. She makes up stories that we told her this. Maybe we need to start filming all the stuff we tell them to fix as at the end of the day they dont do the stuff right. THIS PLACE IS TOTALLY RIPOFF FOR FOREIGNERS,
Out of all the lies she does she gets what is deserve to her, GOD is there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of my life in shopping at anupam cloth store. I agree with above review. , great Chester and liars are here. They called me for dress delivery at 2pm and I reached by 1.50pm ,but Nisha was not there because she had other appointments. This store focus only on earning more n more money rather than customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Neesha Mehta has zero customer service skills. She does not have this business to excel in customer service. Her claim that she has the best prices for the best quality in comparison to Mumbai is a lie. I ordered a gown with specific instructions and she lied to my face and argued with me that I was the liar. She doesn't know how a business works especially when you cater towards foreigners. Foreigners expect superior service and this is one place that does not deliver that. You have to track her down by calling a million times. No respect for her customers at all or their time zone difference. Please do not waste your time with her. Get better service elsewhere! We, as foreigners deserve that, at the least.
