★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them at around 10:30 this morning and ordered for some gulab jamuns, it was a bit urgent as I had guests over. I enquired if this can be delivered within half hour to which they agreed. After waiting for an hour, I called them up to check the status, and I was shocked to hear that it was a busy morning and their gulab jamuns were sold out. It ll take an hour for them to make them fresh and send it.
The person who took my order was least bothered about the delay and said can't do much about it. Thats how irresponsible these guys have become!! Never ordering again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the place after years & initially was surprised to see that it has moved on 1st floor from ground floor. It's Kalakand and Milk Cake are bestsellers. In winters,it opens up live counters for Jalebi,Halwa etc outside the shop and draws huge crowds leading to jams in the narrow lane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic. Ordered today via swiggy, thinking that it must be a branch of the one present in Kailash colony which I'm frequenting since many years. But, the food was unpalatable with low in quality. Also, the rasgullas were stale even when they costed 25/- piece. This was not expected of this brand. Not at all recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever..Just ordered some sweets from them and they have sent the stale Chena murki fungus on it and very very hard and bad in taste rasgullas..it can be so dangerous for health too.. how can they treat their customers like this.. Chena murki is too old that's why it has fungus on it.. the color is entirely changed. A big no to Anupam sweets for us in future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a sweet tooth and I love this place not only for its grilled sandwiches and coffee but also for its mouth watering Kalakands and Motichur laddoos. I also had their snacks like masala dosa, idli, vadas, dahi bhallas, Raj kachoris and dhoklas which are equally impressive. During this time they ensure social distancing and wear gloves and masks while serving snacks or handling the packaging of sweets that you want to dig into. I often make it a point to visit and pick up the delicious sweets for me and my family.
