★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The major probelm here is transperancy , no transparency in case of Bill or invoice, they try to cheat you, provide bills only when u ask that too a plain paper bill rather than a computer generated invoice, which u can get from any other service center like hero, Bajaj, yamaha, they simply try to cheat us so be careful everyone and ask for a computer generated invoice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the time of purchase they told me to provide extra service free of cost if I take extended warranty. I believe them and took extra warranty by paying extra money. I believe that this extra charge for extended warranty includes extra service charge also. They used to call me at due dates for service for first three free services. They didn't remind me for fourth free service. I came to know about my fourth service after expiry of two days of service due. When I contact them for service their response is very much negative. When I contact service manager regarding this he told me that it's my responsibility to know about services at the time of vehicle purchase. But at the time of vehicle purchase no service member was present except sales men with false information. They play dramas to loot their customers.
Even during first three free services they simply wet my vehicle without removing simple stains on the vehicle body. For that they charged some service charges also.
In this way they are doing business and cheating their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys over there were so helpful and the service has improved too.They were quite happy to understand and solve the problems.The service station is small tho except that everything is good.
Edit-was too early to judge them
Service remains the same(too poor)
Better go to some other dealer to get ur machines checked?
