★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is worst experience for me.totally waste of money.staff and nurses are very bad.as they got to know that we have paid in advance ,so by default they understood that we are going to discharge the patient & they are coming to room and said kuch kharacha pani milega ,ham log ap logo k hi bharose h.they are demanding for each and every person in periodically way.n most important thing the servicing providing by them is not upto the mark.my mom was hospitalized .glucose was dripping for entire night but none of the nurse was there for looking her.as a result bottle was empty and blood was backed to the bottle.hence in next she got 7 injection for this reason.but no one is answerable for this.no one is ready for accepting their fault and for this reason we have stay one more day which is payable .i don't understand their terms and policy.i would never ever recommend to anyone. special doctor visit they are charging 1000 rs but that doctor do nothing .his duty only come and watch the file and go .no advice and looking after the patient .i dnt know why is coming .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible nurses,staff.doctor visits are once’s in 24 hours and just just for 1 minute.and wrong vigo applied, Nasogastric intubation was also wrongly done .doctor was WITHOUT MASK (COVID-19). No one was updating situation. Manager was also not agreeing That his staff was not proper.there is no Complaining department.dr. Gave me wrong information as well as he was talking Rudely .i was authorised person to know Each and everything as per paper work .manager had bad attitude towards Admitting in hospital instead of accepting their mistakes.night shift nurses were sleeping took long to reach in room . I have to wake them to inform everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is good but the staff having very bad behaviour even i have seen that patients are standing out side with their uro bag and the person who is sending the patient inside is misbehaving to that patient. When i went for showing my report i was standing for 2 hours over there. I fell like vomit. but there is no such proper response. Also there is no kind of management whoever have relationships with the staff's can go with out number.I really very disappointed with that instead of that doctor have good behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very caring support by dr a s Sengar and his team. Treat ment , nursing and support is superb. Even in financial matter they provide time and did full co operation in treatment. Availability of medicines are also very good.
At last ..100% error free is no one ..staff management is a big issues even in every service sector.
