We put our almost 2.5 year old son here last year. The first time we met Shyamala Ma'am, I called my son naughty, and she said they are high energy kids, let's put it that way, she had me at that. She insisted we bring our kid, and she spoke to him so nicely and gave him crayons to color. She didn't know whether the 45 minutes she spent with us explaining montessori method of teaching, giving us a tour of the materials, and all that was going to get us admit our child, but she was so so genuine that we fell in love with her. We were very sure that the guides would obviously follow the same ideologies as her. Later did I realize that the helpers are themselves so in awe of Montessori method. It just makes the entire setup so homely and positive and goal driven. And their goal is to encourage any child to learn at his or her own pace and have fun doing so. All the 3 guides and the two helpers and the watchman, everyone is so sweet, I kept waiting for at least one slip, and I must say, none! They are all honestly the most sweetest people I have known. Jaya Ma'am, I want to be her student. Even a crying child just goes sits on her lap and immediately calms down. All the children run to her when she comes to school. Savitha Ma'am, so positive and encouraging, when I expressed that my son hardly ever sings in school or recites shlokas, she assured me that some children might have memorized everything but might not choose to express. And Sandhya Ma'am, I just love love love her. Everyday when I dropped my son off, I did it so happily because she would care for him. She is the sweetest guide. She persuades the children to perform activities in a very positive manner. I just am so so grateful that we had our child spend his first year at Anurag. The helpers, Shoba and Shailaja Ma'am, they care for every child, they enquire if the child is somewhat dull. I could go on actually, there's so much to be said about Anurag. Shyamala Ma'am said no diapers to school, they even take care to wash and give us the child's clothes the next day, if they were too dirty to be carried, how sweet is that! Their trip was to Prani, the pet sanctuary, how well thought out. All the festivals and celebrations were so planned out, and simple but educative. And Annual Day, I didn't know what I enjoyed more, seeing my son there or this whole proud feeling of how all the kids are allowed to bloom in their own way, each child had a personality, and it's only ONLY possible by such open hearted warm and mature guides. Pure Montessori method followed, YES! Clean and Hygienic, YES! Approachability, Top Notch! Teacher to Student ratio, waaay better than any other Montessori school. Would I recommend Anurag, without batting an eyelid!

My daughter went to Anurag Montessori for a year and in march covid happened.The school management and the teachers have adapted to this new covid living .They effeciently conducted zoom sessions to help us out with teaching the children at home.This year's portions for the child were posted in Google classroom .The school also gave us lot of activity kits for the children .IAM now enjoying teaching my child at home with the help of Anurag.Thank you !

I attended Anurag Montessori 17 years back when I was a kid. The school was amazing. Their methodology is something very different and I used to enjoy all the activities as I remember. And most important, they give space for every child to blossom. The teacher to student ratio is very good. Every child is given individual care and attention. Shyamala ma'am and the staff are very sweet, helpful and very understanding. Even now, when I visit the school after so many years, Shyamala ma'am and the others remember us and welcome us as they used to years back. Every aspect is well taken care for the child's growth and development. It is the best Montessori!

At the comfort of parents and the reach of teachers, well integrated with learning & monitoring tools, their ‘online program’ is a systematic approach to the curriculum, yet not deviating from Montessori ways of learning. All that is taught and practiced at school is virtually enabled to the child with this impressive online program! My son has been going to this Montessori for only over 3 months now and there has been a lot of positive changes in him. He loves to go to school and never hesitated to go even once which shows how they love the school. The staff and faculty is excellent and are very kid friendly. They are very patient with the kids and try nurturing each according to their own pace and strength. I would recommend this school to all my friends and family.

Excellent Montessori in and around south Bangalore. I was planning to write this review almost 4 years back, but somehow missed it out. When we were staying in Banashankari 2nd stage, our daughter used to study in Anurag Montessori. She studied in Anurag for 4 years (during 2013-17). Pros: 1) Excellent faculty and that to most of them are working for long term 2) Excellent teacher to student ratio 3) Pure Montessori (not just namesake) 4) No pressure, but still they make sure that student learn what they are supposed to learn 5) Good transport facility 6) Even good non-teaching staff (helper, security) Cons: This is purely my opinion. I would have been more happy if there would have been a daycare attached to the school. It would have been very beneficial to many of the working parents. School van used to drop our daughter to daycare in JP nagar. AFAIR my daughter was the only kid in the school who used to go to daycare after the school :-)
