★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use optiware application from 2014 in our business. Latest GST updated softwaer Optiware 3.2 for us. In that customer feedbacks, Contact lens reminders and Custom recalls for eye testing facility is good. Good service for us. All my staff learnt very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is first time I used a software in my optical experience. Order,Delivery, customer search is quick,. Without this software I feel difficult to manage customers sometimes. Billing is very easy. Custiomer data is available in detail. company help is good. We give prescription print out also to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using software for last 5+ years. My expereince with Optiware is very user friendly, forms design is very good. SMS is also good, very accurate and they do not fail. Print outs are customizable and well made. I liked it. Customer list and feedback collection help is good.

Client prescriptions finding speed, customer profile is what I liked a lot. Very useful for me. I have used it for 1 Yr. Still using. Optiware 3.2 - GST update was also nice.

Because our customers at the store are feeling good by CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MODULE facilities used. customer records available across stores easily. That's good. Service is also very good.

Also. service backup is really nice. They always attend to problems raised by us or help we seek, the company engineers have responded fast. I appreciate personally a lot. Recently, they gave one update. That even made things easier to handle customers, We made a habit of wishing DOB, recalls, feedback. That helped stores. Being a manager, I like to say this much. Thanks.

I started with Optiware 2.0, was very easy to use, and also staff of Anush Infobase also trained us very well with patience. Now I upgraded to Optiware 3.2.
