★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not even connect with them for custom made water bottles. Mr Basvaraju is the most irresponsible person. He commited to change our bottles & hasn't been receiving our calls since a month. They take 5000 as an deposit which is a loot. I feel horrible with such service vendors.

And their sales representatives will be rude while sharing information. It's hard to get rude responses from their employees. I feel I took wrong decision while ordering in this company. It's my personal opinion.
