Being my first ever experience to gym, I was a bit skeptical about so many things but Anytime fitness changed my view about gyms and fitness. I am thankful to my trainer Nikhil Raghuvanshi for making my workout session easy and fun. Because of his constant support and guidance (and also the gym facilities and instruments) I like going to gym regularly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My journey with Vinay (Personal Trainer) in anytime fitness started in April and it was fantasticbecause he took the time to listen to me and understand my needs and work with me to identify some goals to aim for as part of my training. He is so good at motivating to do proper workout. Since I started PT sessions with vinay, my energy level is really good and I feel that my fitness level is getting stronger by the week! I always have such a great workout with tonnes of laughter which in turn makes the workout interesting.Each goal has been a challenge, and he has pushed me to work hard towards each one and been first to congratulate me on achieving success. I am luck to have vinay as my personal trainer ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anytime Fitness New Friends Colony is so far one of the best gym I have come across. Hygiene maintained, well equipped machines and good trainers. Thanks Kumar Gaurav for giving me the best deal and he is always very helpful, supportive to his clients.

strength and weakness and personlizes workouts based
on your body with techniques Additionally, she pushes you beyond your limit to help you achieve your fitness goals. She is very polite and helpful, she makes you feel
really comfortable.
The workout she suggest are tough
but rewarding and produce amazing results quickly if you
commit to it.
She is professional, Punctual and
She takes her work very seriously
Organized during our sessions

Shiva sir has been brilliant in working with my specific needs and truly understands what is necessary to help me meet my goals. He is always at hand when needed, responds to messages quickly and is really good in making you feel motivated. And i was sooo comfortable to do training with him.
And the gym is super awesome and hygienic just go for it blindly.??
