★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never respond for days unless it is about only BILLING. Then what is the use of opting AP FIBER NET to use. Never expected this from the team. The numbers provided will be continuously ringing but no one will be attending them. If there is a rating of ZERO, it is best to opt that...can any one share the higher authorities who can respond, and on what basis this dealership is provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst network. Installation charges are non refundable. If we shift house to another area again we have to pay installation charges to the new operator which is also non refundable. If we call the Customer care number they don't respond even after calling for several times in a day. By chance if they respond also they don't give proper solution and they don't respond in a proper manner. It needs zero rating.
