★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't opt AP fiber grid, Poor Service. Poor connectivity. I have got the connection yesterday in MVV city PM Palem, no internet in near by side room. If you go for AP fiber grid for sure you will endup with loosing money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider ever..... these are the people who spoil the reputation of AP Fibernet, I believe that the relation between a customer and the company shouldn't spoil because of some dealer or executive down the chain, but the vizag dealer and their workers have taken the customers to that point of frustration that they started to hate APFibernet itself. It's been one and half years since my connection got stopped I complained them to resolve and they did not attend, Now that I got to know the dealer has changed and wanted to get my connection reactivated they are asking me to pay the fee of 18 months that is since my connection is stopped, Why would a person of sound mind pay the money for a service that is not delivered to him.
