★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a building when builder built it and now it is a close-knit community. A landmark to reckon with, 20 floors with helipad. Nothing comes close to match this building in the vicinity. Community is what makes living in an apartment fun and enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good but overpriced. The facilities and amenities provided pave the way to luxury; location of the apartment is off the main city. So, if both the thoughts are mixed together then it seems that the prices are far high than what can be availed in the main city.
If the prices are not a concern, and it is concerned to be a second home then one can seal the deal. As they say luxury has its own price tag and not all can avail the luxury.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT get fooled by the claims of what they have done in Hyderabad or what they claim to have done in Bangalore by doing their project by the name APARNA ELINA in Yeshwanthpur. There are tons of commitments which remain unfulfilled from their end. They have very sweet spoken salesmen who con customers with the company's past track record, what they have done in Elina and so on. But please be aware that even in Aparna Elina, they have made buyers to pay property tax for many years even before they purchased the apartment, because they did not have a office presence in Bangalore and hence could not pay; and they promised in writing that such past years property tax (which owners did not have to pay in the first place) will be refunded. It is 2 to 3 years now, there is no sign of any refund.
Whatever is a visible commitment like the building, structure, outer view, club-house all of that they will complete, but leave the owners in deep pain by not seeing it through the so many moving parts that come with it towards ensuring that the customer gets full peace of mind.
They will go on sweet talking and say, they will do it. But be assured, they don't.
Giving Commitments with a time and date comes with no meaning from their sales folks.
They do not have the basic values of doing a formal handover of the apartments to owners through a small function, they simply don't care.
Look at other branded builders, how nicely they do this.
They do not deserve even ONE RUPEE of premium being paid for their projects, be rest assured.
If you have already booked or purchased in this project, please reconsider moving out elsewhere, or alternatively keep some good kitty handy to meet much more than what you thought.
After all these shameless acts, their sales person continues to call owners in Aparna Elina to book in their new project titled APARNA MAPLE. Christ, if someone were to ask what is the height of shamelessness, then this goes beyond that as well.
If you made money the hard way, please beware.

I personally spoke to few peoples about the property and peoples.
He said some politics was going on here.
And also I spoke about the Current MC team.
Just wanted to know about how the things was going on.
Everything is fine except current president of elina.
She is not deserved to handle the things.
She is like a toy for few idiots,she acts accordingly .

In the beginning days he is very sweet with everyone. He give advices to peoples to start new business and also he encourages to play some illegal games to cheat peoples, most of them knew about this. Few of them last some money also.
And he attracts womens and try’s to close with them to grab money.
He looks very nice to everyone.
Please be careful about this man
