Aparna Prem - Agra

Very bad situation due to STP WATER !! IT STINKS AND DUE TO WATER ON PASSING PATH I HAD AN ACCIDENT AS WELL. What I tell you about power back-up and supply it costs more than regular charges and the power supply cut-off on regular basis due to overload on generators whenever back-up needed. so we all have to suffer again and again after few hours.

Aparna prem is a downgrade society. Don't fall in show off. We are residents here, it worst than a small village. Daily lights on off, the gutter is leaking, boundaries are falling off. Parking issues, no work done from maintenance, rude behaviour of builder and their associate. No one listens at all. You will suffer once will be the part of this cheap society.

The way the apartment is being maintained is not worth any stars. I have been residing for three years now. No promises are fulfilled. Club house was promised within six months. Till date it is not available. Water from the STP which is stinking badly is discharged inside and outside the apartment. Ground water is being contaminated . Sewage water is discharged in the park where small children are playing. Many requests and complaints have been made but no solution. Hope with this review builder comes up with some solution

It's a good place to live here peacefully. It has a good open area for fresh air.

The time has to focus at the society otherwise things are getting worsen day by day. # All lives of the society are kept in danger m generators are in basement # All pillars , the base of the society are weakening day by day because water is penetrating in them. # Power backup does not work in summer season. all people has to stay in the dark # Intercom does not work in many flats , security is for name sake If all above things are corrected , it can become the best society in Agra city....

I am writing this review with great pain and also to save others in making a wise choice before getting into a deal in Aparna Prem Apartments. The following which are being stated are facts and can be verified if you go around the apartment and not just get carried away with the photographs at the site office. I hope the builder will get the things rectified after reading the review as the requests does not reach the deaf ears of the builder 1. As you enter the apartment you will find the walls without the tiles near to the generator placed near the gate. This is the first impression you can make about the maintenance of the apartment. 2. You will then reach the fountain area where the fountain has been non functional for years now. 3. As you move forward towards the site office you will be greeted by the STP which is adjacent to the half basketball and half badminton court. waiting for an incidence to occur 4. We the residents as claimed by the builder, that 350 families are living. These families paid Rupees thirty thousand towards the club house, swimming pool and gym. We have been waiting for more than four years now to use the clubhouse and other facilities we have paid for. When the same is ready, instead of allotting it to the residents, it is converted into site office to sell more flats. The gym can be used by just ten to fifteen people at a time. Please visit the same and see for yourself. 5. Go little ahead you will be seeing the temple and adjacent to the temple you will the pipes meant to extinguish the fire are lying on the ground. these were destroyed in a storm and now for an year nothing is done. A total compromise with the safety of the residents. 6. Please visit the basement to see the leakage from the roof and the condition of the pillars on which eleven floor of the apartment is standing 7. there are many problems which we are facing. we only get hopes from the builder that our problems will be solved which we don't know when it will happen 8. We have requested for an full time electrician and plumber, but never provided. we Asked for a rate chart for plumber and electrician, but nothing till date is done 9. We are not discouraging you to buy flats here, but before buying please ensure that you don't face the same problem as we are facing. This is only in the interest of our brothers and sisters who will be investing their hard earned money.
