★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a fish thali hoping to take it every day however really disappointed with the food. The fish was too oily and salty , the sabzi was quiet dismal, a saag which most people dont have because it is slippery, the bhajas were two tiny potol. The daal was watery. Should have been priced 75 or 80 max. The only saving grace was that it was delivered on time. Not worth the money.

Opened the packet and found a hair in the food. It is highly disappointing and gross to find hair in food. A lot of elderly people depend on these services and they may not notice while eating. Hence no excuse is acceptable. When i complained the person sounded very casual and didn't offer any alternative. We hear all kinds of excuses like 'it will never happen again' but hardly any action is taken. If this was a restaurant we would have sent back the food or if it was a delivery app we would get a refund. But what is the process here? We are paying with our hard earned money. We entrusted them to provide a safe and hygienic service. I will not ask people not to order from here, because i understand these mistakes can happen but how the customer service deals with such situations is most important. The food is pretty basic, not worth 100/-.
