★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would suggest designers, builders and people building their new homes or renovating the old structure to utilise the expertise of Aparna. Their timely suggestions and involvement in the project is an added bonus.
Product too is very good backed by highly experienced professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nightmarish experience!! For our home renovation we had placed an order for about 3 large windows, one study area/cabin and few smaller Windows. The pre-install team visited the site, suggested changes and all civil work was done as per suggestions. We were initially told that products will be delivered in 20 days!! All the products were delayed inordinately and I am still waiting for the last large window (delay of more than 45 days now!!). As of today, I have been told that it will take another 10 days!! The install team was another horror story..one of the glass window was broken during install and yet to be replaced..the other windows are misaligned and have poor production quality. In spite of early measurements, there are huge gaps between wall and window frame which cannot be filled in by silicone!! In a nutshell, this is a grossly mismanaged company with disparate teams having no clue about what each other is doing!! We were cheated & I am extremely disappointed after paying up so much for a substandard offering and would strongly advise against dealing with these folks...i

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE!!! Please use your best judgement before giving 100% advance for the Mesh windows/doors to APARNA VENSTER. BEWARE!!
I had done this mistake in June 2021 and after 2 months I am still following up for the refund of the mesh that didn't fit on the rail. Highly unprofessional installation team, the installation itself took 5-6 trials for a total of 5 mesh windows.
Yesterday they told me that the refund is not possible because the rail itself is the issue. I should go back to Builder to fix the rail and then the mesh will be fitted. All that after they took the measurements of all the windows/door and took 100% advance.
Funnily enough the rail is also fixed by APARNA VENSTER in the first place. It looks like the issues runs in all the products/fittings it seems.
I personally feel that if I had withheld some payment (to be paid after installation), then I would not have been in this position.
BEWARE!!! Please use your best judgement before giving 100% advance for the Mesh windows/doors to APARNA VENSTER. BEWARE!!
