★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest Apartment in Baguiati constructed by Blue Heaven Company Ltd.... This area was bought by my Dad Mr. Kamalesh Chakravarti and my mother Oranati Chakravorty from the original seller Amit Mohan Talapatra... There was our own home till 1990... Then this flat was constructed.... and Dad n Mom n we all shifted to that flat... Its a 4 storied apartment... Previously, all neighbours were very friendly and co-operative... Suddenly there are fiew illiterate type ill mannered inhuman people who do not knkw how to behave with old people they do not even know how to talk with human... This flat is not a good pkace to ljve nowadays... Hence after living there 26 years in continuation, my parents left that flat and staying in the same area Janapath but in a descent neighborhood....
