★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As i go for interview at LBM solution mohali that person who took my interview he was totally insult me, i have nearby 8 years experience he still behaved as i am uneducated, his wording was ' yha kiyun aaye ho tum you have different field experience and we have customer support opening so you have only telecalling experience so you don't know anything, so jaha se aaye ho wahi jao. And bla bla bla, so i thanks to the god that i am unselected because if i got selected than it means i am going to work under that person who don't know how to respect someone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very disappointed with the after sale service. jab tak aapse pese lene h tab tak they are like very professional but jese hi aapne pese diye aapko sab samajh aa jayega how professional they are. its been 4-5 months mujhe aaj tak deliver nhi kiya mera software in logo ne i have paid all the pending amounts but still i didnt receive my complete software. their after sale is pathetic. ab to phone bhi nhi utha te h ye log. dont get fall prey to them guys all good reviews are fake and paid. apne experience se bta rha hu.

I am based in South Africa and I have purchased Perfex CRM software from LBM solutions on 3 Nov 2020 with custom development and up until today 19 Jan 2021 software has not been completed.
When Anirudh Bharwal wanted to close the sale with me he called every hour to find out if i wanted to buy the software & promised everything will be taken care off. After I purchased he no longer answers my calls nor does he responds to messages. He constantly gives excuses that he is in meeting and cannot take calls. This has been the case ever since I paid for the software.
He is now MIA and pushes me over to his technical team member Daman.
Daman does not answer any calls nor responds timorously to messages.
I have not been provided with any training despite asking on numerous occasions.
I am very concerned to see so many positive messages on how good they are yet they cannot complete a simple CRM installation and do not respond to any messages or calls.
