★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They take interview for 3 to 4 times day for 6 hrs and then they give answer that we inform you within few days n give answer after 2 months hahhaa. Selfish company ever..n interviewer even not know about Gujrati. .still they are working in Gujarat ..hahaha

HR policy has a lot of HIDDEN rules which will NOT be disclosed to you during the recruitment process. They will get disclosed gradually when you join and you will have to face a totally new bunch of surprises set for you, day by day.
- NO figures mentioned in the Offer letter will match the amount mentioned in your payslip.
- There will be unnecessary deductions in salary and leave balance for very illogical reasons.
- Be aware of the fact that they have a 9 hours policy per day wherein you cannot leave before your 9 hours are completed even if you have finished your work.
- You cannot leave the premises except the lunch time. And this School culture is maintained by very rude acting staff.
- They can assign you any work irrespective of your designation. Non medicos are dominating the doctors.
- There is no cafeteria available. Chairs are of very low quality material wherein you can suffer from backaches when you have to sit for 9 hours.
- Only Targets are prioritized, as an individual you are not important to them.
- They do have a policy having terms like "Double deduction" wherein they will deduct salary of 2 working days for not working on a single day.
- Weekend working from home for majority of staff is NOT optional, but seems compulsory as whoever doesn't agree enters the blacklist of managers.
- Majority of staff has a very narrow minded thinking which really doesn't match the rest of the corporate world as in the metro cities.
Overall, I would say working anywhere else on the planet is better than joining APCER. And if anyone stills wants to go for it, atleast consult someone personally who has already worked there before jumping in.

Here we get flexible timing, extremly supportive management team and seniors, work from home facility and even salary offered is at higher end from other companies.I consider apcer as my extended family. What an incredible experience to work with Apcer!!!!
