★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found Awesome festive look during the Christmas Eve. This photo was taken just next day of christmas. Not much idea about this place though. I was hovering around the park street, having street foods like kusum roll or hot kati roll when I noticed this place. Couldn't but take a photo since it was looking amazing!

Prime location with good connectivity. The property is well manned with security and well maintained.
Cons:
Few and small lifts for too many people working in the building. Most of the time there are long queues outside the lift and even during Covid times the lifts are overcrowded.
Vehicle Parking is a big problem as there is not enough parking inside the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's probably the most accessible and comfortable office space in whole of Kolkata. Situated right in the mouth of Park Street, which is centrally located and is the hub of all office places, this building boasts of 8 floors all well air-conditioned and has over 3 blocks. All the office areas are big and spacious. The only problem is the lift in block A, which is always faulty. People often prefer climbing up the stairs than using the lift. The pictures show a view from the 5th floor of the A block. The view is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location and it is One of most important place and it is easily connected by all means ,roads and metro station.Needless to say it can be landmark too.If you around the place then you can make a quick visit. During peak hours it is very busy as it host many important offices.Definately worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to resolve SBI card related issues.
They didn't allow anyone else inside, except the card holder.
The other person(s) accompanying the card holder has/ve to wait (read stand) outside & the most disappointing thing is that, there's nowhere to sit outside the Sbi card office. People were sitting on the stairs and occasionally someone was coming and asking to not sit on the stairs. It was really irritating. Other than this we had no other issues. The security is fine. Lift service is good too.
