★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ఒక లైన్ మెన్ ప్రవర్తనలో నేను చాలా ఇబ్బంది పడ్డాను.సరైన intimation అతను నాకు ఇవ్వడంలో లోపం ఉంది కాబట్టి నేను ఆ ఇబ్బందిని ఎదుర్కోవాల్సి వచ్చింది...అతని అధికార, అహంకార ,ఆవేశ పూరిత చర్య వల్ల చాలా బాధపడ్డాను..వినియోగదారుడికి సరైన అవగాహన అతను కల్పించలేక పోతున్నాడు అనిపించింది...ఇలాంటి వారి వల్ల వినియోగదారులు లబ్ధి పొందుతున్నారు అని నేను అనుకోవడం లేదు , న సంఘటన వల్ల... ఎదేమైనా అధికారం ఉన్నచోట అహంకారం ఉంటుంది కానీ, సేవలు ఉండవని సామాన్య వినియోగదారులకు సైతం తెలుసు...చర్యలు ఏమైనా ఉంటే అవి సామాన్యులపైనే కానీ, ఉద్యోగులపై ఉండవు కదా. పొందిన అనుభవాన్ని బట్టి APEPDCL తాడేపల్లిగూడెం కి మంచి రేటింగ్ ఇవ్వలేకపొతున్నా..

 I was very embarrassed at the behavior of a line man. I had to deal with that embarrassment because he had an error in giving me the right intimation ... I was very upset by his authoritarian, arrogant, passionate action..he seemed to be unable to give the customer a proper understanding ... like their I do not think that consumers are benefiting, because of the incident ... However, where there is power, there is arrogance, but even ordinary consumers know that services do not exist ... If any action is against the common people, but not the employees? Based on the experience gained, APEPDCL could not give a good rating to Thadepalligudem.
