★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of servicing at this Hero Service Center.
I came here today at 12:30 hrs. But there is no management or monitoring system to do their job properly/timely.
I'm waiting to take my Bike at 4 PM but there is no water to wash vehicle.
I will never recommend anyone to come at this service center.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi the service of myestro edge 125 cc was very bad they did not change engine oil,did not clean air filter and sparkplug washing is not avaible .Very poor service .I got it serviced from local mechanic it is still better.After getting serviced from this center my scooty was not taking pickup,Bad milage setting.Local mechanic showed me all the things he showed all things in front of my eyes Engine oil was black,Air filter full chocked,Spark plug sorted.Finally got it serviced from local mechanic.This frod centre charged me with hefty amount and did not give proper services.poor service centre this centre should be closed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. They do not deserve even one start. Waste of money and time. Even road side service is much better. They focus on adding labour charges but not the service quality. They replaced parts costing around 1668rs and labour charges around 2181rs. Do not go there they are Swindlers.

Dealer should be close this center.
All the worker, Technician to Manager all are bunch of crooks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My suggestion is, after my research and experience with hero scooter. Not to buy from hero. Go for Activa instead or can go for Jupiter but my personal preference is to activa only.
Initially I thought to go with Hero scooter to gift for my wife but the plan changed after visiting Hero showroom, the way they treated me and the ambiance of the showroom. Executives are not ready to show their products, sofa was broken and dirty.over all looks like it is going to shut down soon.
