Had a very unprofessional & worst experience with this agency.
I had enrolled with them on 22nd September 2017 to process my Cannada PR, with a commitment that they would refund my enrollment amount of ₹. 96000/- if I decide to withdraw my enrollment, if I get an onsite opportunity from my existing employer.
I did got an onsite opportunity from my existing employer same year. So I requested them to refund my enrollment amount. But they have been simply pushing me to continue the PR process, without respecting my decision till the date.
This is absolutely unfair & injustice towards me as a customer, where they have been using my enrollment amount of 96K for last 4 years. When I haven't utilized their single service yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and careless team. They spoiled my case completely in spite of continuously chasing them and updating them. They did not update my profile. If you are being paid for a service then it is expected that you would provide a professional service. Moreover escalations do not work so you are stuck.
I do have names of people that I can mention here.
I escalated the matter multiple times and no one bothered resolving it because money has already been paid. Even to this date no one has ever given me call or tried to understand what was wrong in the process.

Horrible Management.

Would never recommend anyone to even avail for their service. It will not only cost your peace of mind following up with them also you would never get a PR or student visa. Coz these guys have no idea about the colleges the application process etc. All they need is your money. In case you initiate for a refund that will never happen they will just fool around saying tomorrow ,next week etc. but the money is never coming back. They sit and use all your money. And no matter what you tell them they have no shame. All positive reviews are just paid reviews.
would recommend other visa consultancy who do better job and free of cost.
#APEX VISA should be sued for eating clients money.
