My case manager is cool as well, keeps me with updated with my profile, has given me required feedback and is really friendly.
You would also recieve regular case updates in your mailbox and can clear any doubts or questions about them anytime.
It's basically a consultancy service, if you want to save time in researching and learning the process for PR application, you reach out to experts, who have years of experience in filing for overseas immigration. I have always found them to be responsive. I would also suggest anyone who is opting for this service to be proactive because it works both ways, they would suggest you on how to improve you application score and profile and you should abide by it or their counsel is waste. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a set of very professional individuals with a very good knowledge of this domain. They don’t cook stories, they tell you the real thing, the challenges, benefits and what is required from your side for getting your migration through. Specially Dinesh Chand Upadhayay, who I was dealing with, had a very professional attitude. At the time of taking the deal, he explained me each and every bit of it and made arrangements for a one to one call with his the migration consultant to clear all doubts I had. After making the payment, I was supposed to insist on signing the deal, but instead he proactively followed for getting the deal signed, which is a true professional behaviour that not everyone will exhibit. Considering the COVID situation, he hasn’t left me hanging in the middle but instead talks every now and then to check if there is any support which I am looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up with Apex Visas a month ago. My first interaction was with Mr. Dinesh Upadhyay at the Nehru Place branch. He listened to our (me and my husband's) complicated case patiently and intelligently gave us proper recommendations. He is very supportive and gives prompt response whenever we ask for his help with the process, even though he is not our case officer. Very reliable service so far. The higher cost as compared to other similar companies seems like a good investment. Will update the review after a longer association with Apex Visas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Dinesh chand Upadhyay got in touch with me after he got my reference from a friend. Initially he seemed to be professional but after a week everything started going downhill, he started making unnecessary calls at odd hours, started asking for extra money and got rude when questioned. I would strongly suggest staying away from the greedy and unprofessional agent that Mr Upadhyay is. There are better options available.
